摘　　要：齿轮的疲劳可靠性对变排量齿轮式机油泵的使用寿命起着至关重要的作用。基于多刚体动力学理论和变排量齿轮式机油泵的工作原理,建立了虚拟样机模型。通过实验验证了模型的有效性,获得了齿轮间的动态接触力。依据齿轮接触疲劳可靠度计算模型,计算了典型工况时的可靠度。为该泵的优化设计提供了理论依据,具有工程应用价值。The fatigue reliability of gear play a important role in the service life of the variable displacement gear type oil pump.Based on multi-body dynamic theory and variable displacement gear type oil pump working principle,the virtual prototype model is established.The validity of model is verified by experiment,and the dynamic meshing force between gears is obtained by simulation.According to the gear contact fatigue reliability calculation model,the reliability of the gear is calculated in representative condition.The results of reliability have project value and can provide theoretical basis for the optimization design.
