摘　　要：临床微生物学与检验是医学检验专业的一门重要基础课程，涉及内容庞杂，包括细菌、真菌以及病毒的检测，内容逻辑性差，易于理解而难于记忆，同步开设的实验课对于理论知识的理解记忆尤为重要，半开放式的实验教学有利于学生动手能力和综合能力的提升。Clinical microorganism laboratory and laboratory is one of important courses in medical test specialty. It involves numerous, including bacteria,fungi and virus detection, the logical content, easy to understand and difficult to remember, synchronized opening experiment courses for theoretical knowledge for the understanding of memory is particularly important, semi-enclosed experimental teaching is conducive to the students manipulative ability and comprehensive ability of ascension.
