摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将80例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组40例单纯采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.1%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有很好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on reflux gastritis. Methods： 80 cases of reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction; and 40 cases in the control group was given western medicine. Results： The total efficiency was 95.1% in the treatment group, and 74.0% in the control group; the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating reflux gastritis with the Banxia Xiexin decoction shows a significant effect.
