中医社区护理对老年抑郁症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中医社区护理对于老年抑郁症患者心理状态的影响。方法:将60例老年抑郁症患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施中医社区护理。8周后对两组患者的抑郁积分进行分析对比。结果:护理干预结束后,观察组的SDS积分为(26.9±5.4),明显低于对照组的(43.6±8.1),两者对比存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:对老年抑郁症患者实施中医社区护理具有显著疗效。Objective： To analyze efficacy of TCM community nursing on elderly depression. Methods： 60 cases of elderly depression were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing; and the observed group was given TCM community nursing more. In 8 weeks, depression scores in two groups were analyzed and compared. SDS scores in the observed group was （26.9＆#177;5.4） points, better than （43.1＆#177;8.1） points in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM community nursing on elderly depression shows a significant effect.
