金龙通窍方治疗非痴呆型血管性认知障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金龙通窍方治疗非痴呆型血管性认知障碍(VCIND)的临床疗效。方法将60例VCIND患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予茴拉西坦胶囊治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加金龙通窍方治疗。治疗12周后比较2组治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及中医证候积分变化,评定临床疗效。结果 2组临床疗效及中医证候总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组;2组治疗后MMSE评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),ADL评分及中医证候积分降低(P<0.05),且2组治疗后MMS评分及ADL评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金龙通窍方治疗VCIND有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状,提高患者日常生活能力。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jinlong-tongqiao formula on the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment with no dementia（ VCIND）.Methods 60 VCIND patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group were treated by aniracetam.30 patients in treatment group were treated by Jinlong-tongqiao formula on the basis of control group treatment.The scores of mini-mental state examination（ MMSE）,activity of daily living（ ADL） and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome score before and 12 weeks after treatment were compared between two groups,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results There were statistical significant differences between two groups on the curative effect and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome（ P〈0.05）,and the curative effect and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in treatment group was superior to those in control group.The MMSE score after treatment in two groups was higher than that in before treatment（ P〈0.05）,and the scores of ADL and TCM syndrome score were decreased（ P〈0.05）.There was statistical significant difference between two groups on MMSE and ADL（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jinlong-tongqiao formula has better clinical efficacy on VCIND,can improve clinical symptom,enhance activity of daily living.
