摘　　要：介绍了森林航空消防的基本含义,分析了计算机技术、地理信息系统技术在航空护林中的重要性。针对航空护林工作的特点,探讨了使用基于GPS技术、网络技术和数据库技术的地理信息系统平台实现对消防飞机的调度指挥。该系统可实现消防飞机智能定位、实时监控、轨迹回放、火场信息传输、语音通信、火场标绘、统计和分析等功能,在很大程度上促进了航空护林调度指挥信息化管理。同时,对森林航空消防信息化建设的进一步应用与发展进行了分析和展望。Introduce the basic meaning of the aerial forest fire prevention, and analyze the importance of the computer technology, GIS technolog3, in aerial forest fire protection. Based the characteristics of aerial forest fire protection, re- search the dispatch control on the GIS platform with the GPS technology, web technology and Database technology. This system implemented the functions of smart positioning, real-time monitoring, trajectory playback, fire information trans- mission, voice communication, fire plotted, statistical and analysis etc. Promoted the aerial forest fire protection dis- patch control information management. And based the characteristics of GIS technology, analysis and outlook the pros- pects of the aerial forest fire protection based on GIS.
