高强纤维牙周夹板治疗中老年重度牙周炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的：研究探讨高强纤维牙周夹板对老年重度牙周炎的治疗效果.方法：临床纳入某院于2012年1月-2015年1月间收治牙周炎患者130人.依照随机数字表法将其分为两组,研究组及传统组各65人,研究组患者进行高强纤维牙周夹板治疗,传统组进行传统结扎丝牙周夹板治疗,6个月后对患者牙龈出血、菌群分布及附着丧失程度进行统计对比.结果：研究组患者PD与BI明显优于传统组,差异有统学计意义（P 〈0.05）,研究组患者菌斑发生率、牙齿脱落发生率、龋齿发生率均明显小于传统组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：高强纤维牙周夹板用于重度中老年牙周炎治疗效果显著,可明显改善牙齿脱落情况,可于临床广泛推行.Objective:To study the curative effect of high-intensive fiber periodontal splint on elderly pa-tients with severe periodontitis.Methods:130 patients with periodontitis received during the period from Janu-ary 2012 to January 2015 in some hospital were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases for each group.The research group were treated with the high intensive fiber periodontal splint;the conven-tional group adopted the ligature wire periodontal splint.After 6 months of treatment,compare gum bleed-ing,the distribution of bacterial flora and attachment loss of two groups.Results:PD and BI of patients in re-search group were significantly better than that of the conventional group;The incidence rate of dental plaque,tooth loss and tooth decay in research group were significantly lower than that in conventional group, P <0.05.Conclusion:The high intensive fiber periodontal splint is effective to treat middle-aged and elderly patients with severe periodontitis.It can help to improve tooth loss ,it is worthy of extensive clinical promo-tion.
