摘　　要：目的：观察胃癌患者化疗后CA19—9，CA72—4，CEA变化及其意义。方法：选择30例胃癌患者（观察组）及30倒正常健康人群（对照组），观察组采取化疗治疗，对照组采取安慰剂治疗，观察对比CA19—9，CA72—4，CEA在观察组和对照组的变化情况，以及观察组和对照组发生不良反应的情况。结果：与对照组相比，化疗导致CA19—9，CA72—4，CEA的水平在观察组明显下降，即使与化疗前比较，差异明显，P〈0．05；病理分期，肿瘤分化与CA19—9，CA72—4，CEA的变化显著相关，P〈0．05。结论：CA19—9，CA72—4，CEA水平经过化疗过程后会下降，这种变化与肿瘤病理分期，分化程度显著相关。Objective： To observe the changes and significance of the plasma CA19 -9, CA72 -4 and CEA level in gastric cancer pa- tients after chemotherapy. Methods： Select 30 cases of gastric cancer patients （ observation group） and 30 eases of normal healthy people （control group）. The observation group was received chemotherapy treatment and the control group was received placebo. At last the ther- apy efficacy, plasma CA19 -9, CA72 -4, CEA level changes and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded for the two groups. Results： After chemotherapy, the plasma CA19 -9, CA72 -4, CEA levels in observation group were significantly decreased compared with before chemotherapy （P 〈 0.05） ; The decreasing of the plasma CA19 -9, CA72 -4, CEA levels correlate with the cancer stage and the degree of differentiation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： In gastric cancer patients the plasma CA19 - 9, CA72 - 4, CEA levels signif- icantly decrease after chemotherapyv compared with before chemotherapy and this decline is related to the pathological stage and degree of differentiation.
