摘 要:通过实地调研发现,我国高职教育"多元主体"的办学体制客观上导致了不同举办主体的高职院校在汲取财政资源、体制资源和市场资源方面存在差异。对全国高职院校经费数据的量化分析也证实不同举办主体的高职院校在"生均财政预算内拨款"和"生均学费收入"上存在显著差异。与政府关系更为密切的省级非教育部门、省级教育部门和地市级政府所举办的高职院校能够获得更多的财政资源,与企业、行业部门关系更为密切的中央部门、国有企业举办的高职院校获得的财政资源相对较少,民办高职院校则高度依赖学费收入。研究还发现,资源汲取的差异使得高职院校在校企合作的水平上也会有显著的分化。The field survey showed that the system of "various affiliations" of Higher Vocational Education in our countryobjectively led to the differences in financial resources, system resources and market resources. The quantitative analysis of thenational funding data of vocational colleges also confirmed that there were significant differences in the "budgetary funding perstudent" and "tuition income per student" in higher vocational colleges with different affiliations. Thecolleges established bythe provincial non-education department, the provincial education departments and municipal government, which were moreclose to the government, can obtain more financial resources. While the colleges established by the central governmentdepartments and the state-owned enterprises, more close to the enterprises and industry sectors, got less financial resources.And the private colleges was highly dependent on tuition incomes. The research also found that the distinctions of theresources brought about the significant differentiation of the cooperation between enterprises and colleges.
