兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良患者的疗效。[方法]将功能性消化不良患者70例,随机分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(35例)。治疗组接受氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合兰索拉唑或氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,对照组接受兰索拉唑或兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗前后Leeds消化不良问卷(LDQ)、综合医院焦虑和抑郁情绪量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HAD)评分。对照组中治疗无效的患者,在原有治疗基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛继续治疗4周,再次比较其LDQ、HAD评分。[结果]治疗4周后,治疗组与对照组患者LDQ、HAD评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但治疗组减分幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。对照组中14例治疗无效患者,加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗后6例有效,且LDQ、HAD评分均有降低(P<0.05)。[结论]氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合常规方案治疗功能性消化不良可以取得较好的疗效。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of lansoprazole combined with flupethixol melitracen on functional dyspepsia.[Methods]Sixty‐eight patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled and ran‐domly assigned into treatment group and control group.Thirty‐five patients in the treatment group received flupethixol＋melitracen＋PPI or flupethixol＋melitracen＋PPI＋mosapride ,and thirty‐three patients in the control group received only PPI therapy or PPI combined with mosapride.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire（LDQ） ,Hospital Anxiety and Depression scales were compared be‐tween the two groups prior to study and 4 weeks after treatment.Patients with no efficacy received the same treatment accompany with flupethixol＋ melitracen for 4 weeks ,The scores of the Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire ,Hospital Anxiety and Depression scales were compared on four weeks after treat‐ment.Adverse reactions were recorded during and after the treatment course.[Results]At first 4 weeks ,the scores of LDQ and HAD were decreased in both group（P〈0.05） ,the improvement was more significant in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.There were six patients in control group got improve‐ment after treated with flupethixol＋melitracen ,who had no efficacy previously and he scores of the Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire and Hospital Anxiety and Depression scales were also decreased.[Conclusion]Flu‐pethixol＋melitracen＋PPI or Flupethixol＋melitracen＋PPI＋mosapride can effectively improve the clinical symp‐toms in patients with functional dyspepsia.No severe adverse effects on patients during the treatment.
