摘　　要：痉挛性脑瘫与肌痉挛、肌张力增高、肌力平衡失调及关节畸形等功能障碍相关，药物治疗、物理治疗、手术治疗等均有一定疗效，但以各种手法的功能训练为主。手法对缓解痉挛、降低肌张力、平衡肌力、矫正畸形有较好疗效，可以增加关节活动度、改善平衡等，且有简单、有效等特点，在脑瘫康复或家庭康复中具有重要地位。Spastic cerebral palsy is related with dysfunction such as muscle spasm, muscle tension, muscle imbalance, joint deformity and the like, on which have certain effects with drug therapy, physical therapy, surgical treatment and so on, mainly with functional training of various techniques. The technique has a good effect on relieving spasm, reducing muscle tension, balancing muscle strength and correcting deformity, which can increase joint activity, improve balance and so on, with the characteristics of simple and effective, having an important effect in cerebral palsy rehabilitation or family rehabilitation.
