IL-2联合自体CIK细胞治疗恶性淋巴瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察IL-2联合自体CIK细胞治疗恶性淋巴瘤疗效。方法选取18例恶性淋巴瘤患者进行IL-2联合自体CIK细胞治疗,另外选择10例健康自愿者作为正常对照组。结果 18例恶性淋巴瘤患者治疗前CD3+、CD4+细胞的比率明显下降,CD4+/CD8+的比率有所下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CD19的水平显著上升(P<0.05);联合治疗后,CD3+、CD4+细胞的水平相比治疗前有明显上升,CD8+细胞水平有所下降,CD4+/CD8+的比率显著上升(P<0.05),但仍低于对照组水平(P<0.05)。治疗前,18例恶性淋巴瘤患者血清中的LDH水平明显上升,高于健康对照组的水平(P<0.05);患者接受联合治疗8个疗程后,血清中LDH水平降低,明显低于治疗前的水平(P<0.05),但仍高于对照组水平。治疗8个疗程后,患者的血清AST和ALT水平明显降低,同治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),已经达到了健康对照组的水平(P>0.05)。结论自体CIK细胞联化疗是治疗恶性淋巴瘤的一种有效、安全的方法,能有效促进免疫功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of IL- 2 combined with autologous CIK cells on treatment of malignant lymphoma. Methods A total of 18 patients with malignant lymphoma were selected and treated by IL- 2 combined with autologous CIK cells. Ten healthy volunteers were designed as normal control group. Results Percentage of CD3^＋,CD4^＋cells decreased obviously in18 malignant lymphoma patients before treatment,and the percentage of CD^4＋/ CD8^＋ratio was lower（ P〈 0.05）,and the level of CD19increased（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋cells increased obviously,CD8＋cells level decreased,the percentage of CD4^＋/ CD8^＋ratio increased（ P〈 0. 05）,but was still lower than the normal level in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,serum level of LDH increased in 18 patients with malignant lymphoma,and it was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After 8 courses of treatment,serum LDH level decreased and was significantly lower than the level before treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,but was still higher than the level in the control group. After 8 courses of treatment,the patients＇ serum AST and ALT levels significantly reduced when compared with levels before treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,and serum AST and ALT levels reached the level of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Autologous CIK cells combined with chemotherapy is an effective and safe method for treatment of malignant lymphoma,and it can effectively promote the recovery of immune function.
