日本高校图书馆的残障读者服务探析

摘　　要：介绍了日本高校图书馆的残障读者服务的基本情况,其特色在于:在制度层面,重视残障读者服务政策的制定;在资源层面,残障文献及残障设备的建设较为完善、残障文献资源的共建共享程度较高;在服务层面,能针对残障读者的需求提供多样化的服务。我国图书馆借鉴其经验,应从以下方面入手:完善残障读者服务政策,建全无障碍设施、设备,加强残障文献资源建设,开展适合残障读者的多元化服务。This article focuses on the situation on the services to readers with disabilities of Japanese U- niversity library,which is based on a large number of case analysis. The characteristics lie in the following aspects. Japan＇s universities library pay attention to the development of the service policy for the disabled readers. The development of collection and equipment to readers with disabilities in Japan＇s University li- brary is relatively satisfied, with a higher degree of cooperation on the resource co construction and sha- ring. The University library in Japan can provide a variety of services to meet disabled readers＇ needs. Do- mestic libraries could use their experiences for reference to firstly formulate service policy and provide facili ties and equipment for disabled readers, then to strengthen the disabled literature resource construction; and finally to enrich the services modes for the disabled readers.
