水稻大粒种质合成淀粉关键酶活性研究

摘  要:采用2个千粒重超过40g的水稻大粒种质与2个一般水稻品种进行籽粒ADPG焦磷酸化酶(AGP)、可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)和淀粉分支酶(Q酶)对比研究,结果表明:1)酶活性粒位间有差异:AGP活性强势粒〉弱势粒,SSS活性灌浆后期强势粒〉弱势粒,Q酶活性灌浆前期强势粒〉弱势粒;2)强势粒的AGP酶活性大粒种质居中,SSS和Q酶活性灌浆前期大粒种质低于一般水稻品种;弱势粒的规律不明显;3)强势粒的AGP和SSS酶活性峰值的出现大粒种质早于一般水稻品种,Q酶活性峰值大粒种质晚于一般水稻品种;供试材料弱势粒3种酶的活性峰值出现在花后15~25d;4)3种酶的平均活性和最大活性与淀粉含量和淀粉积累平均速率呈正相关。Two large grain germplasms of rice with 1 000-weight over 40 g and two ordinary rice varieties as materials,enzyme activities of AGP,SSS and Q-enzyme were investigated.The results showed that,1)AGP activity of superior grains was higher than that of inferior grains in filling stage.SSS enzyme activities of superior grains were higher than inferior grains in late filling stage.Q-enzyme activity of superior grains was higher than inferior grains in early filling stage.2)AGP activity of superior grains of large grain germplasm was placed in the middle.SSS and Q-enzyme activities of superior grains of large grain germplasm were lower than ordinary grains in early filling stage.The activities of these three enzymes in inferior grains were lack of changing rules.3)The maximum activities of AGP and SSS in superior grains of large grain germplasms occurred earlier than ordinary varieties,whereas the maximum activity of Q-enzyme in superior grains of large grain germplasms occurred later than ordinary varieties.The maximum activities of AGP,SSS and Q-enzyme in inferior grains of tested materials occurred from 15 to 25days after flowering.4)Average and maximum activities of AGP,SSS and Q-enzyme were positively correlated with starch content and average starch filling rate.
