摘  要:为了解决智能交通中的车牌监测问题,改进了基于小波变换和索贝尔算子的车牌检测系统,设计了车牌检测系统的总体架构,采用最大极值逼近的非正交多维小波变换的二维图片降噪方法预处理车牌,最后给出了基于图像边缘检测的车牌定位设计。实验仿真表明,小波变换和边缘检测的车牌检测系统精确度较好,有着一定的应用价值。In order to solve the problem of vehicle license plate monitoring in intelligent transportation,a vehicle license plate detection system was improved based on wavelet transform and Sobel operator.The overall architecture of the license plate detection system was designed and the method of two-dimensional image denoising using the maximum extremum approximation of the non orthogonal multidimensional wavelet transform was used to preprocess the license plate.A license plate location design based on image edge detection was given.The simulation results showed that the license plate detection system with wavelet transform and edge detection has good accuracy and has important application value.
