社会生活技能训练在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会生活技能训练在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中的作用。方法:对40例慢性精神分裂症患者在药物治疗的基础上辅以社会生活技能训练,疗程3个月;采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人与社会功能量表(PSP)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表(Barthel指数),进行训练前后的自身对照研究。结果:训练后PANSS量表总分、阴性量表分、一般精神病理量表分均低于训练前,差异有统计学意义(t=5.58,6.46,7.71;P<0.01);训练后患者PSP量表对社会有益的活动、个人关系和社会关系、自我照顾能力、干扰与攻击行为4个主要领域的功能明显低于训练前(t=11.88,11.87,3.92,3.79;P<0.01);PSP总分、ADL(Barthel指数)与训练前比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.73,-12.31;P<0.01)。结论:社会生活技能训练,可以有效减少精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,同时提高患者的社会功能及日常生活能力,可以应用于慢性精神分裂症的康复治疗中。Objective： To explore the effect of social life skill training on the rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia. Methods： All 40 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia on the basis of drug therapy took social life skills training; Course of treatment lasted for 3 months. Adopting Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）,the Personal and Social Performance Scale（ PSP） and the Barthel index of daily life ability scale（ ADL） to assess before and after the training. Results： After training,PANSS scale score,negative symptoms scale,general psychopathology scale were significantly different from that before the training,（ t = 5. 58,6. 46,7. 71; P〈0. 01）; After training,the four major functions of PSP scale： Beneficial to social activities,personal relations and social relations,self- care ability,interference and aggression were significantly lower than those before training（ t = 11. 88,11. 87,3. 92,3. 79; P〈0. 01）; The total score of Personal and Social Performance Scale（ PSP） and the Barthel index of daily life ability scale（ ADL） were significantly different from those before training（ t =-7. 73,-12. 31; P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Social life skills training can be applied in the rehabilitation treatment of chronic schizophrenia.
