莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠道功能紊乱的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠道功能紊乱的临床效果。方法 收集2012年2月~2015年1月我院收治的89例胃肠道功能紊乱患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组45例和对照组44例,分别给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片＋莫沙必利和单纯莫沙必利治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗总有效率为84.44%,显著高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Cr）、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、肌酸激酶（CK）水平均无明显变化,组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组患者食欲和体质量改善总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者复发率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠道功能紊乱的临床效果显著,对患者BUN、Cr、ALT、CK无明显影响。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mosapride combining with Flupentixol Melitracen Tablets on treating gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods From February 2012 to January 2015,clinical data from 89 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted into our hospital were collected.According to the sequence of admission,they were randomly divided into experimental group （n=45） and control group （n=44）.They were treated with Mosapride combining with Flupentixol Melitracen Tablets and only Mosapride respectively.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was com- pared. Results The total therapeutic effective rate in the experimental group was 84.44%,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 68.18% with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,creatinine （Cr）,alanine transaminase （ALT） and creatine kinase （CK） were not different,and there were no statistical differences in inter-group comparison （P〉0.05）.In the experimental group,the total effective rates of appetite and body constitution improvement were both higher than those in the control group with statistical dif- ferences （P〈0.05）.Yhere was no significant difference in recurrence rate （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Mosapride and Flupentixol Melitracen Tablets can obtain a remarkable effect on treating gastrointestinal disorders without obvious influences on BUN,Cr, ALT and CK.
