摘  要:通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对西安市中小学体育教师职业困境进行调研,通过调查研究和访谈发现,西安市中小学大多数的体育教师认为在实际的教学工作、人际关系、自我发展需要等方面存在不同程度的职业困境,在研究分析的基础上得出结论:不同教龄阶段的教师会出现不同程度的职业困境,职业困境的解决体现了培训的必要性和重要性,培训的体制有待提高和不断完善,在分析的基础上提出了相对应的对策。This article surveyes to the professional dilemma of PE teachers in Xi'an middle and primary schools though methods of literature information, questionnaire survey and interviewing. It is found that the great majority of PE teachers of middle and primary schools in Xi'an consider that there are some certain professional difficulties exsiting in the actual teaching, interpersonal relation, self-development and so on. It is concluded on the basis of survey and analysis that teachers in different teaching ages will meet different professional difficulties, the solutions of professional difficulties reflect the importance and necessity of occupation training, and the training system needs to improve perfectly. The corresponding countermeasures on the basis of analysis have also been put forward in this paper.
