高校体育教师创新素质品质特征现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：分析了高校体育教师专业素质创新特征机制、动机水平因素、知能结构特点,及影响教师创新教育积极性因素,提出了对专业体育教师的职后继续再教育,对培养发展的内容进行整合性研究与探讨。This paper analyzes the innovative characteristics mechanisms of professional quality, the factors of motivation level, the characteristics of knowledge and ability structure of PE teachers, as well as the factors influencing the teachers＇ enthusiasm for innovation education, puts forward idea of re-education for professional PE teachers after entry post, carries out the integrated study and explorision on the cultivation and development contents.
