摘　　要：随着我国医学教育的国际化,留学生教育在高等医学院校的重视日益增加。生物化学实验也是留学生教育的一个重要组成部分。针对长沙医学院师资力量的实际情况及留学生的自身特点,通过近6年的生物化学实验教学经验,初步形成了"导师制"在医学留学生生物化学实验教学中的应用,对生物化学的师资培养、留学生学习都具有很好的促进作用。As medical education is progressing internationally in our country,international students' education has been paid increasing attention。Biochemistry experiment plays an essential role in international students' education。According to the practical situation of Changsha Medical University and international students' own personalities,'Tutorial System'has been established in the Biochemistry Experiment for international students after six years' exploration in Biochemistry Experiment education。The 'Tutorial System'has been thought to promote the construction of faculty team and accelerate the quality of international students' education。
