黄连温胆汤加减方结合甲钴胺片对糖尿病周围神经损害恢复的影响

摘　　要：1目的观察黄连温胆汤加减方结合甲钴胺片对糖尿病周围神经损害恢复的影响。2方法将80例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组口服甲钴胺片,0.5mg/次,3次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用黄连温胆汤加减方。共治疗2个月,观察两组临床疗效、周围神经传导速度变化、视觉模拟评分(vi-sual analogue scale,VAS)。3结果观察组总有效率为85%,对照组为62.5%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组腓总神经、腓肠神经传导速度加快(P<0.05)。观察组正中神经运动神经传导速度;正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度显著快于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS比较,观察组明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论黄连温胆汤加减方结合甲钴胺片治疗DPN可提高临床疗效和周围神经传导速度。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of combination of traditional chinese medicine and mecobalamin for the treatment of diabeticperipheral neuropathy.Methods 80 cases with DPN were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with TCMand Mecobalamin Tablets,and the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tab- lets,with the course of 2months.The clinical efficacy and changes of peripheralnerve conduction velocity were observed.Results The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the con- trol group ; there was asignificant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （ P〈0.05）.Af- ter treatment,the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and sural nervewere accelerated（ P 〈0.05） ,and the conduction velocity of sural nerve in the treatment group was faster than that of the con- trol group（ P 〈0.05）.the VAS in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined TCM and Mecobalamin Tablets can improve clinical efficacy and peripher- al nerve conduction velocity for DPN.
