摘　　要："一带一路"是开放型纽带,是发展型纽带,是合作型纽带,是融合型纽带。"一带一路"战略为我国民族地区发展开放型经济、参与区域合作、调整优化结构、推进新型城镇化带来前所未有的机遇。民族地区要抓住这一战略机遇,融入战略实施,发展和壮大经济,需要通过多元化途径,法律是其中最为重要的促进和保障手段之一。就"一带一路"沿线我国民族地区而言,法治建设相对滞后,法治环境有待进一步改善,有关促进和保障民族地区经济发展的法律制度还不健全,制约和影响经济发展的一些体制机制方面的障碍没有得到根本解决。针对此类问题,可从法治保障经济快速发展、促进沿线国家法律冲突的协调解决、加强民族地区法律人才队伍建设、坚持以法治思维和法治方式处理民族问题、采用"绿色化"法治发展模式等微观视角出发,构建完备而系统的民族法治体系,充分发挥法治的保障作用。'One Belt One Road' is an open link, a development link, a cooperative link and a blending link. 'One Belt One Road' strategy brings unprecedented opportunities to ethical regions to develop open-end economy, to participate in regional cooperation, to adjust and optimize the structure, and to promote new urbanization. Ethical regions should seize this strategic opportunity, integrate into the strategic implementation and develop and expand the economy through diversif ied means, among which law is one of the most important means of promotion and protection. In terms of Chinese ethical regions along the line of 'One Belt One Road', the legal construction is relatively backward, the legal environment is in need of further improvement, the legalsystem of promoting and safeguarding the economic development of ethical regions is still not perfect and the snags in system and mechanism which constraint and inf luence economic development have not been fundamentally resolved. Aiming at these problems, we could construct complete and systematic ethical legal systems and make them exert full guarantee from the microscopic perspectives of guaranteeing economic rapid development, promoting the coordinate settlement of legal disputes between countries along line, strengthening legal talents' construction in ethical regions, adhering to legal thinking and legal means to settle problems, using 'Green' legal development pattern and so on.
