摘　　要：目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中雄激素受体（AR）的表达状态与临床病理预后指标的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测300例浸润性乳腺癌中AR的表达,并结合相关临床病理特征进行比较分析.结果 AR表达与雌激素受体（ER）表达呈正相关（ER阳性病例AR表达率为85.2％;ER阴性病例AR表达率为26.9％;r=0.588,P＜0.01）;与细胞核增殖抗原（Ki-67）表达呈负相关（Ki-67阳性组AR表达率为51.8％;阴性组AR表达率为82.4％;r=-0.232,P＜0.01）;随着组织学分级的升高,AR表达下降,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤组AR表达率显著高于Ⅲ级组（AR阳性率分别为75.0％、68.4％、36.9％;P＜0.01）;pTNM分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肿瘤组AR表达显著高于Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期肿瘤组（各期AR阳性率分别为84.6％、87.8％、61.9％;P＜0.01）;p53、人类表皮生长因子受体2（Her-2）阳性组AR表达低于阴性组,但差异无统计学意义（AR阳性率分别为50.8％、61.4％、48.2％、60.4％;P＞0.05）.结论 浸润性乳腺癌中AR高表达提示着较好的预后.Objective To study the expression of androgen receptor （AR） in breast cancer and its significance.Methods The expression of AR was detected in 300 invasive breast cancers by immunohistochemistry and its association with the clinicopathological features was evaluated.Results The expression AR was higher in estrogen receptor （ER）-positive cases than in ER-negative cases （85.2% vs.26.9%, P 〈0.01）, there was a positive correatlion between the expression of AR and ER （r =0.588, P 〈0.01） of the tumour;but a negative correatlion with the expression of AR and Ki-67 （Ki-67 ＋ ： AR ＋ 51.8%;Ki-67-： AR ＋ 82.4%;r =-0.232, P 〈 0.01）, high AR expression significantly correlated with lower Ki-67 index;there was sigificant higher positive proportion of AR in the grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ than the grade Ⅲ group （75.0%, 68.4%, 36.9%, P 〈0.01） of the tumnour;the expression of AR showed significant lower between clinical TNM stages Ⅰ , Ⅱ and stages Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ （84.6%, 87.8%, 61.9%;P 〈0.01）;however, there were no difference in the tumor with different status of lymphnode metastatis and p53, human epidermalgrowth factor receptor-2 （Her-2）, tumnour diameter.Conclusion AR expression is associated with a less aggression and a good prognosis in patients with breast cancer.
