摘 要:目的了解北京市腹泻患者粪便标本和人工养殖海产品中分离的副溶血性弧菌(VP)的耐药特征。方法共收集VP 136株(人源104株,人工养殖海产品来源32株),用实时荧光PCR方法检测毒力基因,判断产毒株和非产毒株,用微量肉汤稀释法进行16种药物敏感试验。结果 91株人源产毒VP对8种药物100%敏感,对7种药物出现不同程度耐药,13株人源非产毒和32株人工养殖海产品来源VP均对13种药物100%敏感,对3种药物出现不同程度耐药;不同来源的136株VP对链霉素和氨苄西林均有耐药株,并出现了11种耐药谱,耐一种药物的耐药率为71.3%(97/136)。结论人源非产毒株与人工养殖海产品来源VP的耐药特征相似,要严格控制抗菌素在临床和养殖业上的使用。Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolytics( VP) isolated from patient stools and artificial breeding seafood in Beijing. Methods A total of 136 strains VP( 104 strains of patient stools and 32 strains of seafood) were selected and detected for virulence gene by real- time PCR for screening virulence strains and non-virulence strains. 16 kinds of drug sensitivity tests were carried out by using broth dilution method. Results 91 toxigenic VP from patients were 100% sensitive to 8 antibiotics,which were resistant to 7 antibiotics in some degrees. 13 strains of non- toxigenic and 32 strains isolated from patients and seafood were 100% sensitive to 13 antibiotics while were resistant to 3 antibiotics in different degrees. All the 136 VP from different sources were resistant to streptomycin and ampicillin. A total of 11 antibiotic resistant patterns were observed. The resistance rate for at least 1 kind of antibiotic was 71. 3%( 97 /136). Conclusion Antibiotic resistance profiles of non- toxigenic VP from patient were similar to that from seafood. Stricter regulations should be applied to the use of antibiotics both in clinical and seafood farming.
