摘　　要：旨在排除了社会诸多因素的前提下,站在医院管理的角度,重点谈到了构建和谐的医患关系。医务人员必需从自身做起,注重医患沟通的技巧和方式,以理解、尊重加关爱,关注细节,扮演好医患沟通的重要角色。The author excludes many social factors, focuse on building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients from the perspective of hospital manager. Medical staff must pay attention to the doctor - patient communication skiUs and methods from their own, play an important role in good doctor- patient communication by understanding, respecting and caring.
