摘  要:目的研究MAL在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌发病的关系,为临床的早期诊断和预后判断提供参考。方法应用免疫组化法检测MAL蛋白、ER(雌激素受体)、PR(孕激素受体)及C-erb B2在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,分析MAL蛋白和ER、PR、C-erb B2之间的相关性。结果 MAL在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为26.67%(16/60);对照组织中阳性表达率为78.33%(47/60),二者比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中ER与MAL阳性率比较具有统计学差异性(P<0.05),PR与MAL阳性率比较具有统计学差异性(P<0.05),C-erb B2与MAL阳性率比较具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论 MAL在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平明显降低,表明MAL与肿瘤发生有关。MAL在乳腺癌组织中的表达与Cerb B-2呈负相关。Objective: To observe the expression of MAL in breast cancer and to investigate the relationship between MAL and breast cancer,whether it be as an early diagnostic marker for early clinical diagnosis and prognosis. Methods:MAL,ER( estrogen receptor),PR( progesterone receptor),C- erb B2( cancer genes) expression is detected by SP immunohistochemical assay in breast cancer. The correlation analysis of MAL,ER,PR and C- erb B is used by correlation analysis. Results: The positive rate of the expression of MAL in breast cancer was 26. 67%( 16 /60),but it was 78. 33%( 47 /60) in control group. There was significant difference between two groups. There was significant difference between positive rate of MAL and ER,PR or C- erb B2 in breast cancer. Conclusion: The expression of MAL in breast cancer tissues was significantly decreased,indicating that the tumor inhibitory activity of MAL gene function. There was negative correlation of expression in breast cancer of between MAL and Cerb B- 2 gene.
