细管胸腔闭式引流控制恶性胸腔积液的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对细管胸腔闭式引流在恶性胸腔积液控制中的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的82例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,其中,实验组患者采取细管胸腔闭式引流术加以治疗,对照组采取常规胸腔穿刺法加以治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。结果实验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恶性胸腔积液患者予以细管胸腔闭式引流术进行治疗,能获得较好的效果,且不良反应少。Objective ： to discuss the clinical effect of the closed thoracic drainage with thin tube in the control of malig- nant pleural effusion. Methods ： Eighty-two cases of malignant pleural effusion patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group, took tube closed thoracic drainage treatment, while the control group adopted conventional pleural puncture treatment, and then the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of two groups the patients were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the adverse reaction of patients in the experimental group was statistically lower than that in ,the control group（P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The tube closed thoracic drainage for treatment of the patients with malignant pleural effusion can obtain good effect, and has less adverse reaction.
