摘　　要：目的掌握唐山市三级医院护士群体心理健康现状,为开展护士心理干预提供参考。方法运用整群抽样的方法,抽取唐山市7家三级医院的2 158名护理人员,采用一般人口学问卷、护士工作压力源量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷进行调查。结果唐山市三级医院护理人员压力源得分最高的2个维度是患者护理和护理专业及工作,得分最高的两个项目是工资及其他福利待遇低和护士的社会地位低;其躯体化、焦虑、抑郁因子得分高于全国常模(P<0.01);焦虑检出率54.34%,抑郁检出率66.71%。结论唐山市三级医院护士群体存在较高的职业压力,心理健康水平低于全国常模,亟须从管理方面减少护士工作压力源,提高护士的心身健康水平。Objective To investigate the occupation stress and physical health status of nurses in three-level hospitals in Tangshan city.Methods Two thousand one hundred and fifty eight nurses working in 7three-level hospitals of Tangshan city were enrolled.We used the Maslach Burnout Inventory,SAS,SDS,SCL-90 and demographic data in the research.Results Patient care and nursing career were the major aspects of the highest scores,low wages and other benefits and low social status were the highest scoring entries.Their body,anxiety and depression score were higher than the national norm（P〈0.01）;anxiety detection rate was 54.34%;depression detection rate was 66.71%.Conclusion The nurses in the three-level hospitals in Tangshan city have higher occupation stress and lower psychosomatic health.That result suggests that we should reduce the nurses′working pressure source and improve the psychosomatic health level of nurses.
