摘  要:探讨了横向通风技术在60 m×21 m高大平房仓小麦储藏上的应用,设计了横向通风系统方案。对实仓横向通风管网风速、风量、压力和粮堆内部静压等参数的研究测试结果表明,21 m跨度小麦高大平房仓横向通风系统中系统总阻力和单位粮层阻力随着单位通风量增大而增加,在实际降温通风作业过程中,单位通风量选取不应大于7 m3/h·t;横向通风系统中,通风途径比小,通风过程中粮堆内静压分布均匀,粮堆内气流分布比较均匀。The application of transverse ventilation system in large warehouse (60 × 21 ) for wheat storage was studied, and the system was designed. The air velocity, volume, pressure and resistance of the ven- tilation system and the static pressure in the grain bulk were detected. The results showed that both the total resistance of ventilation system and the unit profile resistance of grain bulk increased along with the increase of the unit aeration volume, which should be no more than 7m^3/h·t during the aeration application. The coefficient of variation of static pressure in the grain bulk was small, which reflected high uniformity of airflow distribution.
