摘 要:利用在储藏稻谷的高大平房仓中设计安装的横向通风装置,以及在粮堆中预埋插入式毕托管,全面测试了横向通风系统的风速、风量、压力分布和系统各部分阻力。试验结果表明,在储藏稻谷的高大平房仓中应用横向通风系统,粮堆的单位粮层阻力小于目前所采用的竖向通风系统;在实用单位通风量时,横向通风系统总阻力不大于1 000 Pa;同时横向通风还具有风量分配均匀、粮堆通风均匀性好的突出特点。充分证明了横向通风系统可应用于储藏稻谷的高大平房仓,具有良好的降温通风效果。With a set of transverse ventilation system installed in a paddy warehouse, and some Pitot tubes embedded in the paddy heap in advance, the airspeed, airflow, pressure distribution and the resistance of each part of this transverse ventilation system were measured. The test indicated that compared with vertically ventilation, the unit resistance of paddy heap by transverse ventilation system was much lower. And in the range of economical airflow rate, the total resistance of transverse ventilation system was no more than 1000 Pa. Furthermore, the air was equally dispersed into the entire grain pile. In conclusion, it was feasible that transverse ventilation system was applied in paddy warehouse, and it was efficient to cool down the grain pile.
