摘　　要：随着全国各大高校不断扩招,大学生就业问题日渐凸显,美术类大学毕业生的就业形势更是不容乐观。由于不了解人才市场的需求,就业信息也不够畅通,他们在就业市场上没有方向,使得美术生产生了自卑、失落、焦虑、偏执的就业心理。面对现实,我们应从自身、家庭、学校各个方面不同层次引导他们调整正确的就业心理和树立正确的就业观。With the continuous enrollment expansion of national colleges and universities, college students＇ employment problem is increasingly highlighted, and fine arts college graduates＇ employment situation is also not optimistic. Due to the fact that fine arts graduates do not know the requirements of the talent market and they do not have much and clear employment information,they have no direction in the job market, which results in their negative employment psychologies, such as inferiority, loss, anxiety and paranoid. Facing the reality, we should guide them to adjust correct employment psychologies and establish correct outlooks on employment from individuals, families and colleges.
