中西医临床医学专业毕业生对本专业所开课程认知度调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中西医临床医学专业毕业生对本专业所开课程认知度,为进一步优化本专业课程体系提供参考。方法:设计调查表,对我院2013届、2014届与2015届中西医临床医学专业毕业生进行无记名问卷调查。结果:343名调查对象中有66.2%认为中西医专业课程负担较重,对必修公共课、必修专业基础课、必修专业课、选修公共课、选修专业基础课、选修专业课重要性评价的排名为依次为4、2、1、6、5、3。必修公共课排名后3位为形势与政策、中国近现代史以及军事理论;必修专业基础课排名后3位为药理学、中医基础理论与生物化学;必修专业课排名后3为中西医结合妇科学、中西医结合儿科学与传染病学;选修公共课排名后3为大学语文、中外医学史与公共艺术;选修专业课排名后3为医用化学、全科医学概论与中西医结合导论。60门课程中前5名依次为中西医结合内科学、生理学、方剂学、系统解剖学和诊断学,均为专业课或专业基础课;排名后5名依次为大学语文、中西医结合导论、军事理论、中外医学史与公共艺术。结论:我校中西医临床医学专业毕业生认为课程负担较重,对专业必修基础课、专业必修课认可度高,对部分选修课程认可度低,专业课程修订应该考虑学生的意见。Objective：To learn about the recognition of graduates majoring in clinical Chinese medicine integrated with Western medicine towards the courses offered for this major, and provide references for the further optimization of the curriculum system for the major. Method： An anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out on Grade 2013, 2014 and 2015 graduates majoring in clinical Chinese medicine integrated with Western medicine of our university. Results： 66.2% of the 343 respondents hold that the burden of the courses offered for the major is relatively heavy, and the evaluation they made on the importance degree of compulsory public courses, compulsory professional foundation courses, compulsory professional courses, elective public courses, elective professional foundation courses and elective professional courses is 4, 2, 1, 6, 5 and 3 in turn. The bottom 3 compulsory public courses are Situation and Policy, Modern and Contempo-rary Chinese History and Military Theories;the bottom 3 compulsory professional foundation courses are Pharmacology, Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Biochemistry; the bottom 3 compulsory professional courses are Gynecology with the Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine, Pediatrics with the Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine and Lemology;the bottom 3 elective public courses are College Chinese, History of Chinese and Foreign Medicine and Public Art; the bottom 3 elective professional courses are Medical Chemistry, Introduction to General Medicine and Introduction to the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Among the 60 courses, the top 5 are Internal Medicine with the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, Physiology, Formulaology, Systematic Anatomy and Diagnosis in turn, which are all professional courses or professional foundation courses;the bottom 5 are College Chinese, Introduction to the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, Military Theories, History of Chines
