辅导员参与大学生心理危机干预的方式探究

摘　　要：大学生心理危机干预作为高校心理健康工作的重要内容之一,在大学生健康成长成才、维护校园和谐与稳定等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在教育部办公厅关于印发《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育工作基本建设标准(实行)的通知[2011]》1号文件中指出辅导员是大学生心理健康教育工作的重要力量。实际上,仅靠学校心理健康中心的几位老师担负上万学生的心理健康教育工作远远不够,辅导员队伍在心理健康教育及心理危机干预中发挥着不可替代的作用。The psychological crisis intervention for university students, as an important content in university psychological health work, plays an increasingly important role in promoting the healthy growth of university students and maintaining campus harmony and stability. It is pointed out in the announcement on issuing＂Basic Construction Standards of the Student Psychological Health Education Work in Ordinary Colleges＂ given out by the office of the Ministry of Education, that counselors play an important role in the psychological health education of university students. Actually, just several teachers of the psychological health center are far from meeting the need of psychological health education for thousands of students, so counselors play an irreplaceable role in psychological health education and psychological crisis intervention.
