提高高校机关党组织生活吸引力与实效性的研究

摘　　要：高校机关党组织生活是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,新形势下提高党组织生活质量、提升高校机关党组织生活吸引力与实效性是高校党建工作的重要任务。通过问卷调查分析,高校机关党组织生活在活动内容、形式方法等方面存在一些问题,实际效果并不理想。应从建立健全党组织生活制度,完善党组织生活内容,创新党组织生活形式,巧妙结合业务工作开展党组织生活等方面创新举措,提高高校机关党组织生活吸引力与实效性。The regular Party activities of university institutions are important part in university Party construction, so improving the quality of regular Party activities and improving the attraction and effectiveness of the regular Party activities of university institutions is an important task for university Party construction. Through questionnaire survey and analysis, it was found that there are some problems in the content, form and method of the regular Party activities of university institutions, leading to poor realistic effect. We should take some innovative measures to im- prove the attraction and effectiveness of the regular Party activi- ties of university institutions, including establishing and improv- ing the system for the regular Party activities of university institu- tions, perfecting the content of regular Party activities, innovating the forms of regular Party activities, and combining routine work with regular Party activities.
