紫草素对不同浓度4-NQO诱发金黄地鼠口腔癌抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探析紫草素对不同浓度4-NQ0诱发金黄地鼠口腔癌抑制作用的研究效果。方法运用不同浓度的4-NQOCk．用水诱导金黄地鼠口腔癌模型，并给予相同剂量紫草素干预，两组分别设置空白对照组，观察实验过程。结果应用o．02％浓度4-NQO饮用水组，其口腔癌的发病率明显高于0．01％浓度组。结论紫草素能增强金黄地鼠的免疫系统功能，且对4-NQ0诱发的金黄地鼠口腔癌有明显的抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To analysis of different concentrations of 4-NQO alkannin induced golden rat oral cancer inhibition effect of study. METHODS By using different concentrations of 4-NQO drinking water induced golden mouse model of oral cancer, and to give the same dose of shikonin intervention, two groups respectively set up blank control group, observe the experimental process. RESULTS The application of 0. 02% concentration 4-NQO drinking water group, the incidence of oral cancer was obviously higher than that of 0.01% concentration group. CONCLUSION The alkannin could enhance the golden mice immune system function, and to 4-NQO induced golden mouse oral cavity has ob- vious inhibitory effect.
