脑膜瘤组织EphA2的表达意义

摘　　要：目的探讨EphA2在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2012-01—2014—12西安医学院第二附属医院脑膜瘤手术病理标本60例，及同期内减压术后正常蛛网膜组织25例，均于分离人体3h内行冷冻与固定处理，并给予标本行SP法染色处理，检测EphA2在脑膜瘤与正常脑膜组织中的表达。结果EphA2在脑膜瘤中和正常脑膜组织中阳性率差异有统计学意义，P％0．05；Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级脑膜瘤伴有瘤周水肿的例数差异显著。结论EphA2参与了脑膜瘤的发生与进展，且与Ⅰ级脑膜瘤相比，Ⅱ级脑膜瘤瘤周周水肿率更高，EphA2与脑膜瘤瘤周水肿无明显相关性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and significance of EphA2 in meningiomas. METHODS 60 cases of meningioma surgical pathology specimens, and after decompression of 25 normal arachnoid tissue within the same period, both the separation and the fixed body 3h experts freezing process, and to give specimens SP staining process, detect EphA2 in meningiomas normal meningeal tissue. RESULTS EphA2 in meningiomas and in normal tis- sues, the positive rate of meningeal obvious differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; grade Ⅰ Ⅱ grade men- ingioma peritumoral edema associated with significant differences in the number of cases. CONCLUSION EphA2 involved in the pathogenesis and progression of meningioma, and compared with meningiomas grade Ⅰ Ⅱ level week in and week meningioma edema higher rate, EphA2 and meningioma peritumoral edema was no significant correlation.
