血清SIOOB及NSE对胶质瘤术后及合并肺部感染诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清S100B及烯醇化酶（NSE）对胶质瘤术后及术后合并肺部感染患者检测的临床价值。方法选取我院2012-01-2015-05收治的30例胶质瘤术后及合并肺部感染患者，再选取同期来我院健康体检的30名志愿者，检测研究对象血清中S100B和NSE，并进行对比分析。结果观察组患者血清中S100B和NSE分别为（3．94±0．65）ng／dL和（34．47±3．81）IU／mL，对照组分别为（1．48±0．39）ng／dL和（8．32±1．96）IU／mL，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论检测胶质瘤术后及术后合并肺部感染患者血清S100B和NSE，具有一定的临床诊断价值。OBJECTIVE Article called S100B and serum NSE in gliomas after surgery and postoperative puhnonary infection in patients with clinical evaluation of detection. METHODS Selected 30 patients with gliomas after surgery and postoperative pulmonary infection, all is the hospital in January 2012 to May 2015 were analyzed, then select the same time to the hospital physical examination of 30 cases of volunteers, test research object called S100B, NSE in the serum, and comparison analysis. RESULTS Observation group called S100B, NSE in patients with test results are respectively （3.94±0.65） ng/dL, （34.47±3.81） IU/mL, the control group were （1.48±0.39） ng/dL, （8.32±1. 96） IU/mL, significant differences （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Glioma patients after surgery and postoperative pulmonary infection called S100B and serum NSE detection, has the very high value of clinical diagnosis.
