中医平衡观对老年肿瘤防治的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医平衡观对老年肿瘤防治的临床应用。方法选取2011-03—2014—03我院自愿接受肿瘤防治的老年患者120例为研究对象，随机分为研究和对照两组，对照组给予中西医药物防治，研究组给予中医平衡观，对两组防治效果进行回顾性分析。结果研究组采用中医平衡观干预防治，防治后研究组总有效率为83．33％；对照组采用常规西药药物防治，防治后对照组总有效率为63．33％；研究组防治的有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论中医平衡观对老年肿瘤防治的应用效果较为显著，值得临床进一步推广应用。OBJECTIVE to balance view of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer prevention and control of the eld- erly guiding significance to the analysis and research. METHODS A total of 2011 to March 2014 march in our hospital voluntarily accepted tumor prevention and treatment of elderly patients with 120 cases as the research object, randomly di- vided into study group and control group, given in the control group, western medicine eontrol, view of study group of balance of traditional Chinese medicine, on the prevention and treatment effect of the two groups were retrospective analy- sis. RESULTS the prevention and control of the team USES the balanced view of TCM intervention, control group using conventional drug prevention and treatment of western medicine; After the prevention and control group the total effective rate was 83.33% ; The control group total effective rate was 63.33% ; The team of the prevention and control of effec- tiveness is significantly higher than the control group of the prevention and control of efficient, more significant difference between groups, statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
