摘  要:目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-18浓度,探讨急性脑梗死的发病机制。方法检测86例急性脑梗死患者血清中TNF-α和IL-18浓度,并与对照组作比较。结果急性脑梗死患者血清中TNF—α和IL-18浓度高于对照组,P%0.01;急性脑梗死患者病情越重,血清中TNF-α和IL-18浓度越高,P%0.01,作相关分析均呈正相关(r值分别为0.596和0.612,P〈0.01。结论TNF—α和IL-18可能参与急性脑梗死患者炎症反应,对加剧脑梗死病情起重要作用;TNF-α和IL-18可能是预测脑梗死患者病情严重程度的重要生化指标。OBJECTIVE To observe expression 0f acute cerebral infarction patients on serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-18, and explore lthe pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction. METHODS Detected in 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction serum TNF-α and IL-18 concentrations, compared with the control group. RE- SULTS TNF-α and IL-18 concentrations on Serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher than the control group (P〈0.01). With acute cerebral infarction patients were more severe disease, and TNF-α and IL-18 concentrations were higher (P〈0.01). correlation analysis were positive correlation (r=0. 596 or 0. 612, P〈0.01). CONCLUSIONS TNF-α and IL-18 could involve in inflammatory response in patients with acute cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction of the aggravating conditions play an important role. TNF-a and IL-18 could predicte severity of cerebral infarction in patients with an important biochemical indicator.
