观察氩氦刀靶向冷冻联合131I-chTNT放射免疫治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氩氦刀靶向冷冻、131I—chTNT放射免疫用于中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中的临床价值。方法将我院2011-03—2014-05临床检查证实为中晚期非小细胞肺癌疾病患者60例作为调查对象，行不同疗法医治，如借助化疗疗法治疗对照组患者，借助氩氦刀靶向冷冻、131I—chTNT放射免疫疗法治疗研究组，于两组患者临床治疗结束后评判治疗效果。结果研究组非小细胞肺癌疾病临床治疗效果的93．3％和对照组患者的73．3％相比，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论临床基础放疗疗法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疾病患者过程中行氩氦刀靶向冷冻、131IchTNT放射免疫疗法作用显著，可提高疾病近期疗效，值得应用。OBJECTIVE To study the targeted argon-helium knife frozen, 131I-chTNT ria for clinical value in pa tients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. METHODS From March 2011 to May 2014 clinical examinations confirmed for 60 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer disease as investigation object, different treat ment for line, such as： using chemotherapy treatments for patients with the control group, with the help of a targeted ar- gon-helium knife frozen, 131I-chTNT radioimmunotherapy treatment group, the clinical evaluation therapeutic effect after treatment in both groups. RESULTS The team 93.3% of non-small cell lung cancer disease clinical treatment effect and the control group, compared to 73.3% of patients with significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Clinical basis for radiation therapy to treat patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer disease process boc targeted argonhelium knife frozen, 131I-chTNT radioimmunotherapy effect significantly, can be used to improve the recent curative effect, is worthy of application.
