派特灵和保妇康栓治疗LEEP后高危型HPV阳性临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究LEEP后HR—HPV感染局部治疗的效果。方法2009—01—2014-12解放军113医院就诊的高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR_HPV）阳性，阴道镜＋宫颈活组织检查确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ～Ⅲ级（CINⅠ～Ⅲ级），行宫颈LEEP术，术后病理诊断CINⅠ～Ⅲ级的患者；于术后3个月随访，选HR-HPV阳性者为研究对象共54例。由患者选择分配入组。A组（20例）中药制剂派特灵宫颈局部上药；B组（20例）中药保妇康栓阴道上药；C组（14例）不用药随访。术后6、9个月复查HR—HPV及TCT。分析比较不同时期HPV转阴及病变消退情况。结果A组6、9个月HR-HPV转阴率分别为75．00％和89．47％，B组6、9个月HR—HPV转阴率分别为30．00％和52．63％，与C组的21．43％和35．71％比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈O．05。结论派特灵和保妇康栓均能促进宫颈HR-HPV的转阴，加快LEEP后残留病毒的清除，为CIN病变术后HR-HPV残留或复发的亚临床感染状态提供了新的治疗方法。且派特灵较保妇康栓疗效更好，而后者价格低，更适宜推广。OBJECTIVE Study the curative effect of regional treatment to HPV infection after the LEEP. METH- ODS Between January 2009 and December 2014 in our hospital outpatient service of gynaeeology, HR-HPV positive, colposcopy and cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of CIN Ⅰ～Ⅲ level line LEEP treatment, postoperative pathological diag- nosis of CIN Ⅰ～Ⅲ grade, after 3 months follow-up, select HPV positive patients as the research object, total of 54 cases, choose by patients assigned into the groups. Group A using traditional Chinese preparation Trane apply ointment to cervix region, Group B using traditional Chinese medicine Baofukangshuan apply ointment to vagina and Group C not u- sing medicine. Reexamine the HR-HPV and TCT of the patients After 6 month and 9 month. Analysis and comparison in different periods of HPV lesions subsided and overcast. RESULTS Group A 6 and 9 month HPV DNA-turn rate were 75.00%, 89.47%, B group 6 and 9 month HR HPV-turn rate is 30.00%, 52.63% respectively, with significant difference compared with group C （P〈0.05）. Therefore, trane and Bao fu kang shuan can promote cervical HR-HPV overcasts speeding up the LEEP postoperative residual virus removal and fading of the lesion. There was no significant differ- ence statistically. CONCLUSIONS Trane and bao fu Kang Shuan can promote cervical HR-HPV overcast; To speed up the residual virus removal for CIN lesions after LEEP postoperative HR-residual or recurrence of subclinical HPV infection status provides new treatments. And the Trane is bao fu Kang Shuan curative effect is better, while the latter is low price, more suitable for promotion.
