中药单体土荆皮酸治疗妇科肿瘤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科肿瘤患者·临床治疗过程中，中药单体土荆皮酸治疗方法的应用效果。方法选取2014-03-01-2015—04-01河南大学淮河医院收治的妇科肿瘤患者80例，随机平均分成两组，对照组患者40例，主要应用常规西药治疗，观察组患者40例，主要应用中药单体土荆皮酸治疗，观察比较两组患者临床治疗有效情况。结果经过两组患者临床治疗，在患者临床治疗有效情况、患者临床症状改善情况以及患者后期不良反应发生情况上，观察组都明显优于对照组。结论对于妇科肿瘤患者，中药单体土荆皮酸治疗效果明显优于常规西药治疗效果，不仅可以改善患者临床症状，还能降低患者后期不良反应发生率。OBJECTIVE To study in the process of clinical treatment of gynecological cancer patients, the tradition- al Chinese medicine monomer soil jing leather and application effect of acid treatment. METHODS On March 1, 2014 to April 1, 2015 of our hospital gynecologic tumor patients 80 cases, evenly divided into two groups at random, the control group, 40 cases of patients with primary application of conventional western medicine treatment, 40 patients with obser- vation group, the main application of traditional Chinese medicine monomer acid soil jing skin treatment, compare two groups of patients with the clinical effective. RESULTS After two groups of patients with clinical treatment, the clinical treatment, clinical symptoms improved effective situation on patients and adverse reactions occur, observation group were significantly better than the control group. CONCLUSION Traditional chinese medicine for gynecology tumor patients, jing skin acid monomer soil treatment is necessary, treatment effect is superior to conventional western medicine treatment effect, not only can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, can reduce the incidence of patients with late adverse reac- tions promote patients recovery, on the basis of the treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical application and popu- larization in wide scope.
