眼眶肿瘤切除术中临床护理路径应用的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨研究眼眶肿瘤切除术中临床护理路径应用的价值。方法本研究选取2012—05—2015—05潍坊市益都中心医院60例眼眶肿瘤患者进行研究。随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者采用常规护理干预措施，主要包括抗感染以及密切观察患者生命体征等，实验组患者采用精细化护理干预措施，对比观察两组患者视力出现异常情况以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者视力正常人数多于对照组患者，视力出现异常的人数少于对照组患者，P〈0．05；两组患者均为出现视力丧失的患者，但实验组患者未发生并发症的人数显著多于对照组患者，出现一般并发症的人数明显少于对照组患者，P〈0．05。结论根据患者的病情特征制定合理的护理干预方案，能够有效提高患者的治疗质量，减少发生视力异常的次数，并且能够显著降低并发症的几率。OBJECTIVE To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with orbital tumor resection. METHODS This study selected 60 cases of orbital tumor patients, randomly divided into the control group and the ex- perimental group. The control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, including anti infection and close ob- servation of the vital signs of the patients, and the experimental group were treated with meticulous care. Visual acuity and complications were observed in the two groups of patients. RESULTS In the experimental group, the number of pa- tients with normal vision was more than that of the control group, and the number of visual acuity in the experimental group was less than that of the control group （P（0.05） ~ In the two groups of patients, there were no complications in the experimental group were significantly more than those in the control group, the number of general complications was significantly less than that of the control group（P^0.05）. CONCLUSION According to the characteristics of the pa- tient＇s condition to develop a reasonable nursing intervention program can effectively improve the quality of the treatment of patients, reduce the incidence of vision abnormalities, and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
