妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤扭转患者围术期护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤扭转患者围术期的护理干预及效果。方法随机选取2012-01—2015-01我院收治的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤扭转患者40例为研究对象，在围术期内给予患者整体性护理干预，统计护理效果、总结护理体会。结果40例患者经护理均顺利完成手术，术中出血量（34．5±2．3）mL，住院（9．0±1．5）d，术后切口愈合良好，未出现相关的并发症。结论给予妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤扭转患者围术期整体护理干预，可以改善患者预后，保障母婴安全，值得椎广矗最，OBJECTIVE To study the pregnancy with ovarian tumor reverse patients perioperative nursing intervention and effect. METHODS Randomly selected from January 2012 to January 2015 in our toilet paper during the period of 40 patients with pregnancy with ovarian tumor reverse as the research object, in the perioperative period for patients with holistic nursing intervention, statistics, summarize the nursing experience of nursing effect. RESULTS The study of 40 patients, the nursing, had set up complete surgery, intraoperative blood loss （34.5±2.3） mL, hospital （9.0±1.5） d, postoperative incision healing is good, does not appear related complications. CONCLUSION Pregnancy with ovarian tumor reverse patients＇ perioperative holistic nursing intervention, and can improve the prognosis of patients, to ensure the safety of maternal and infant, is worthy of popularization and application.
