摘　　要：目的:探讨高迁移率蛋白1(HMGB1)在宫颈癌中表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测HMGB1在宫颈癌组织及正常宫颈组织中表达,并结合临床、病理资料进行分析。结果 :HMGB1在正常宫颈组、宫颈癌组中强阳性表达率分别为0%、81.48%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);淋巴转移患者及无转移患者HMGB1强阳性表达率分别为100%、75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同宫颈癌分期、分化程度、年龄组HMGB1表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :HMGB1在宫颈癌组织中呈过表达,并与淋巴转移密切相关。Objective： To explore the expression of HMGB1 in cervical cancer and its sigmticance. Method： To detect the expression of HMGB1 in cervical cancer and normal cervical tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive expression rate of HMGB 1 in normal cervix was 0%, while the expression in cervical cancer was higher significantly （81.48%） （ p〈0.05 ） . The positive-expression rate was much higher in lymphonode metastasis （100%） than that in non-metastasis group （75%） （P〈 0.05 ） . The difference was not statistically significant between age, clinical stages and degree of differentiati. Conclusions： HMGB1 was over-expression in cervical cancer, and it was significantly related to the metastases to local lymph nodes.
