摘　　要：目的：探讨前房灌注晶状体切除前段玻璃体切除一期人工晶状体植入联合手术治疗晶状体不全脱位的疗效、手术技巧及并发症。方法对我院2013年5月～2015年3月患者共22例26眼实行前房灌注晶状体切除前段玻璃体切除一期人工晶状体植入联合手术，人工晶状体囊袋内植入，进行回顾性分析，随访时间2～6个月，记录病因、临床表现、术前及术后最佳矫正视力、术后并发症。结果26眼患者均顺利完成手术，并在囊袋内植入了人工晶体，24眼患者术后视力提高（占92.3%），术后并发症少，效果满意。结论前房灌注晶状体切除前段玻璃体切除一期人工晶状体植入联合手术是安全有效可靠的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy, surgical techniques and complications of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of lens dislocation.MethodsIn our hospital from May 2013 to March 2015, a total of 22 patients with 26 eyes anterior chamber infusion of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed. Intraocular lens capsule implantation, a retrospective analysis. Follow up time was 2~6 months. The cause of disease, clinical manifestation, preoperative and postoperative best corrected visual acuity and postoperative complications were recorded.Results 26 patients with eye were successfully completed the operation, artiifcial lens was implanted in the bag, the postoperative visual acuity improved in 24 cases （92.3%）, the postoperative complications were less, and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in the anterior segment of the anterior vitrectomy with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective treatment method.
