血清DR-70(FDP)在恶性肿瘤诊断中的有效性评估

摘　　要：目的分析142例恶性肿瘤患者血清中的肿瘤标记物DR-70(FDP)浓度,进而评估其诊断恶性肿瘤的准确性。方法用ELISA法测定142例恶性肿瘤患者、60例健康查体者血清中DR-70(FDP)的含量。结果 1恶性肿瘤患者血清DR-70含量的均值为2.15±2.03μg/ml,显著高于健康体检者0.56±0.19μg/ml,有显著统计学差异(t=9.25,P<0.01);2按DR-70正常参考值<1.00μg/ml计,恶性肿瘤的总阳性率为71.83%,健康查体者中有2例高于参考值(特异性为96.67%);3恶性肿瘤中以肝癌的阳性率最高,其次是乳腺癌、胃癌,甲状腺癌最低。结论DR-70检测有助于早期筛查、诊断恶性肿瘤,普及肿瘤标志物DR-70的检测具有一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze serum concentration of DR-70（malignant tumor marker） in 142 patients with malignant tumors and to evaluate the accuracy of this marker in cancer diagnosis. Methods The serum content of DR-70 was deteted by ELISA in both 142 cases of cancer patients and 60 cases of healthy subjects. Results （1）The serum concentration of DR-70 in patients with cancer was 2.15 4-2.03 μg/ml, which was significantly higher than that of DR-70 in healthy subjects （0. 56±0.19μg/ml）, with statistically differences（t= 9.25, P〈0. 01）. （2）According to DR-70〈 1.00 μg/ml, the total positive rate of malignant tumors was 71.83%. There are 2 cases higher than the reference value （specificity 96.670% ） in nomal group. （3）The diagnosis positive rate of DR-70 in patients with liver cancer was the highest, followed by breast cancer,gastric cancer and that of DR-70 in thyroid cancer was the lowest. Conclusion DR-70 Test is helpful to early screening and diagnosis of malignant tumor, DR-70 Detection has a certain clinical application value.
