重离子辐照对舌癌细胞MMP-9的作用及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨重离子束辐照对舌癌细胞Tca8113中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的作用及意义。方法:采用重离子束12C6+及常规X射线对舌癌细胞Tca8113进行辐照,用Western-blot法检测细胞中MMP-9的表达,观察不同射线对MMP-9的影响。结果:和空白对照组比较,在相同时间点,不同剂量的X射线对细胞中MMP-9的表达影响不明显(P>0.05)。低剂量重离子束对舌癌细胞中MMP-9的表达没有明显影响(P>0.05),而高剂量重离子束辐照后细胞中MMP-9的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:和常规X线比较,重离子束对舌癌细胞中MMP-9的表达抑制具有更高的生物学效应。Objective：To investigate the significance and effects of Carbon Ions on MMP-9 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tea8113 cells, nethod：Tca8113 cells were irradiated by different doses of carbon ions and X-ray. The expression of MMP-9 was measured in different time-points by Western-blot. Result：Compared with control group,there was no significant difference in expression of MMP-9 in Tca8113 irradiated by different doses of X-ray （1 Gy and 4 Gy）and low doses of carbon ions （1 Gy） （P 〉0.05） at the same time points, but the expression of MMP-9 have obvious decrease in Tca8113 cells irradiated by high doses of carbon ions （4Gy） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with X-rays, carbon ions has higher biological effectiveness in inhibiting the expression of MMP-9 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tea8113 cells.
