Laugier-Hunziker综合征40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析Laugier-Hunziker综合征的临床特征和发病规律。方法:回顾性分析该征40例患者的性别、年龄和色素分布特点。结果:40例患者的平均年龄52.2岁,男女比例1:3。所有患者均有口唇黏膜色素沉着,其中上唇19例(47.5%),下唇25例(62.5%),颊黏膜20例(50%),舌背20例(50%),舌腹18例(45%),腭黏膜16例(40%),牙龈11例(27.5%),口底9例(22.5%)。37例(92.5%)有纵向黑甲。经统计学分析,男性患者牙龈色素沉着的发生率明显高于女性患者(P<0.05),随着年龄的增加,颊黏膜色素沉着发生率逐渐增加(P<0.01)。结论:Laugier-Hunziker综合征的发病与色素分布表现可能与年龄、性别等因素密切相关。Objective： The objective of the study was to investigate the clinical findings and development features of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome. Method： The clinical findings of 40 patients of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Result-The average age of 40 patients was 52.2 years old and the male-female ratio was 1：3. All 40 patients had oral or lip pigmentation. There were 19 cases （47.5 %） with pigmentation of upper lip, 25 cases （62.5 %） with pigmentation of lower lip, 20 cases （50 %） with buccal pigmentation, 20 cases （50 %） with pigmentation of dorsum of tongue, 18 cases （45 %） with pigmentation of ventrum of tongue, 16 cases （40 %） with palatal pigmentation, 11 cases （27.5 %） with gingival pigmentation,9 cases （22.5 %） with pigmentation of oral floor. The longitudinal melanonyehia was ob- served in 37 cases （92.5 %）. There was higher frequency of gingival pigmentation in male patients of Laugier-Hunziker syn- drome than that of female patients （P 〈 0.05）. The frequency of buccal pigmentation increasingly augmented along with the advanced age （ P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The development and pigmented distribution of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome could be closely related to gender and age factors.
