新生儿泪囊炎治疗时机和方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿泪囊炎治疗的时机和方法。方法对2011年3月至2014年2月在信阳职业技术学院附属医院眼科就诊的236例（289只眼）新生儿泪囊炎患者，按月龄分为：2～6个月，7～12个月，13～26个月三组。2-6个月龄患儿先采取按摩泪道和冲洗泪道保守治疗，无效者及时给予泪道探通术；〉6个月龄患儿直接采取泪道探通术。术后随访1-12个月。结果采取按摩和冲洗泪道保守治疗的2-6个月龄患儿162只眼，6只眼治愈，治愈率为3．70％（6／162）。泪道探通术治疗的患儿283只眼，274只眼治愈，总治愈率为96．82％（274／283）。2—12个月龄患儿泪道探通术治愈率与〉12个月龄患儿治愈率，两者之间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论泪道探通术治疗2个月龄以上的新生儿泪囊炎治愈率高，是一种安全、有效、简便、经济的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the timing and method of treatment of neonatal dacryoeysti- tis. Methods A total of 236 cases （289 eyes） of neonatal dacryoeystitis patients were divided into three groups of 2-6 months, 7-12 months, and 13-26 months and were observed respectively. First, the treatments of massage lacrimal passage and flushing lacrima passage for children 2-6 months were taken. If conservative measures were to no avail, probing lacrimal passage was timely applied. The probing of lacrimal passage was given to more than 6 months of children. The post operative follow-up periods were 1 month to 12 months. Results Among 162 eyes, 6 cases of 2-6 months children were cured after massage lacrimal passage and flushing lacrimal passage. The cure rate was 3.70% （6/162）; 274 cases （283 eyes） were cured after probing of lacrimal passage, and the cure rate was 96.82% （274/283）. The cure rate of children 2-12 months was higher than that of the 〉12 months. There was statistical significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The cure rate of children 〉2 months of neonatal daryoeystitis by probing of lacrimal passage is high. The higher the cure rate, the younger the ages are. It is a safe, effective, convenient and economy method for treating neonatal daryocystitis and is worth to spreading.
